Hartono Mall along with Chocolate Monggo had organized Jogja Cocoa Day 2020, themed “Secret Temptation of Chocolate” which lifts the taste of chocolate worldwide, that took place in Atrium Upper Ground, Hartono Mall Yogyakarta. The event was held from the 12th to the 15th of November.
Within the event, many activities that were participated by customers started with visiting Chocolate Monggo’s Mini Museum, where they experienced tasting various chocolate raw materials, drank authentic chocolate beverages – that became the drink of the Maya tribe – created chocolate and many other exciting tasks to add insight and knowledge about the history of chocolate.
During those four days, Mayan Costume Cosplay, Talkshow Bazaar and Kids Perform were put on stage. The visitors of Jogja Cocoa Day could take advantage of multiple shots at the Instafab corner, which was designed for taking selfies. Not just that, at the Jogja Cocoa Day Part 2 celebration, there was live music and DJ Perform who accompanied the visitors while they enjoyed the chocolate.
On the Cocoa Day 2020 events, Chocolate Monggo sold chocolate fondue and Belgian waffles, providing a choice of premium quality chocolate toppings that became the visitors’ favorite. Besides that, Chocolate Monggo’s showroom offered various kinds of chocolate (which were appreciated by chocolate lovers) including, Dark Chocolate 100%, Dark Chocolate 77%, Dark Chocolate 58%, Milk Chocolate, Salty Caramel and Strawberry Chocolate. Other than these flavors, visitors also got to purchase different interesting Chocolate Monggo products, such as chili flavored chocolate, rendang, coconut, orange, mango, nutmeg, ginger, rosella and many more.
Throughout the Jogja Cocoa Day Part 2 event, Hartono Mall Yogyakarta still followed the protocols from authorities and WHO, including checking body temperature, providing hand sanitizer at every entrance, requiring the use of masks as protection and vigilance of each visitor, tenant employees and Hartono Mall Yogyakarta’s management team.
