Durian

Known as the "King of fruits" in Southeast Asia and especially in Indonesia. It is an art to choose your durian in the market that only asians master, weigh the fruit, smell it, look at the color. The taste, the smell, the outer skin, ... everything is unique with this fruit. Anthony Bourdain who loves durian tells us: "its taste can only be described as ... indescribable, something you will either love or despise..." At Monggo we have decided to go for it and combine durian with dark chocolate. A 40gr chocolate bar filled with durian cream paste. Exceptionally, it is much better to keep this chocolate in the fridge.

The cracking dark chocolate will then liberate in one bite the cool and tasty durian paste. Believe us or not but many are already crazy about it!
