The products and services available on www.chocolatemonggo.com, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you purchase or receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.



Our standard delivery service charge is 50,000 IDR, except on order above 300,000 IDR the charge will not be subjected. So far, the coverage area for shipping and delivery is Jakarta Area only. Chocolates will be delivered chilled.

While we strive to deliver within the timeframe of 1-3 working days for standard orders, Chocolate Monggo is unable to guarantee specific delivery time slots. If you have preferred time for delivery, it will be specified as a special request we will do our best to deliver without guarantee no compensation will be provided for not delivering within the preferred delivery time stipulated. Estimated delivery only on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and public holiday.

Under normal circumstances, Chocolate Monggo will not be responsible for delayed delivery in case of following:

  1. The inaccuracy of written address.
  2. Incomplete address.
  3. A problem with the address you provide or if the recipient no longer lives at the delivery address.
  4. The recipient not being in at the time of delivery.
  5. The force of major.

It is important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate and that you give additional instructions to assist our distribution officer to locate “difficult-to-find” addresses, providing us with full contact details, including your contact telephone number, your email address and your recipient’s contact telephone number.

If we are subsequently unable to deliver due to mentioned possibilities, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone. If we are unable to contact you at the time of attempted delivery, we will return the order and await contact from you.

Chocolate Monggo is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer due to failed deliveries.

In some circumstances, for example, when delivering to some business addresses, hospitals, hotels or universities, we may not be able to deliver the items directly to the intended recipient. In this case, we will deliver to the reception area or post room and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our record of delivery.

In the event, our standard delivery option is chosen for a business address and delivery between 10am-5pm fails due to the recipient not being available, or the business being closed, Chocolate Monggo will not accept any liability for the non-delivery and reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge for any subsequent re-delivery.



Chocolate Monggo will not accept any returns and/or refunds of our products unless they were incorrectly delivered or the packaging is damaged during delivery. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order has been accepted by customers.

Once an order has been successfully submitted with payment duly authorized, Chocolate Monggo will not entertain any request for cancellation of the order. As such, please ensure that you have checked all details prior to submitting your order for processing.

We do not accept refunds or returns in the event that the designated recipient for your order cannot be contacted/located. In this case, we will contact the buyer to re-confirm. If the purchaser desired to re-deliver or re-route to any new address, any additional delivery charges shall be borne by the purchaser.

Online purchases are treated separately from transactions at our showroom; product returns for online purchases will not be entertained at any of Chocolate Monggo showroom.



All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in delivery from Chocolate Monggo to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.



All content available on www.chocolatemonggo.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation thereof are the property of Chocolate Monggo and are protected by Indonesia copyright laws. Q: How can I buy Chocolate Monggo online?


  1. Your delivery address should be in DKI Jakarta area.
  2. Please register by creating an account and log in.
  3. Use the “Products List” option to help you find the products you desire.
  4. If you’re familiar with our products, you may also search for the desired products in the “Search” toolbar.
  5. Add your desired products to the cart.
  6. Please complete the form with your name, email address and delivery address including your postal code. Then confirm your order.
  7. Do not forget to confirm your payment on our website.
  8. After the payment received, Monggo team will verify your order via phone to confirm products and quantities, delivery time, delivery address.
  9. You will receive the products along with your receipt.

Q: Do online promotions also apply at the Showroom of Chocolate Monggo?

A: Please note that the online shop and Monggo’s showrooms are separated, that the Terms of the online shop do not automatically apply to your purchase on our offline Showroom.


Q: Why do I have to register?

A: You can save time because you don’t need to fill in your contact information each time you place an order. You can view your earlier orders in your order history.


Q: What if I forget my password?

A: We can reset your password upon your request.


Q: When can I order chocolate Monggo online?

A: Order can be placed anytime. But if you place the order during the weekend, it will proceed on the next working day.


Q: When will I receive my chocolate?

A: You will receive your chocolate within 3 working days after your order confirmation. Should we have a delivery issue affected by force majeure such as flooding or demonstration, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the possibilities to reschedule the delivery.


Q: How would I know if my address is on the Chocolate Monggo online shop coverage area?

A: On the check out page, you will put your detailed address, if you’re not in DKI Jakarta area, for the time being, your order can not be completed.


Q: How much do I have to pay for the delivery charge?

A: Our delivery service is FREE for all orders of a minimum amount 300,000 IDR. Any order below-mentioned amount will be subjected to a delivery charge of Rp 50,000. The delivery charges will be clearly indicated at the checkout.


Q: What if the delivered products are not in accordance with the order I have placed; either in product variant, quantity or both?

A: Please be sure that you check the products before signing the receipt.  If the products delivered are different with what you ordered, you may choose to pay according to the value of the number of products you received or you may also pay the full payment and we will replace the products within 24 hours, without an additional delivery charge.


Q: What if I receive damaged packaging or defected product?

A: We have a strong commitment to the quality of our products.  However, if in the unlikely event the packaging was damaged (dirty, torn or oily) or the product is misshapen (broken or melted) before you signed the receipt, you may not have to pay for the product or you may still pay the total amount and we will replace the defective products within 24 hours, without additional delivery charge.


Q: I have signed the receipt when I found out that I receive the wrong products or the products are not in good condition, can I return the product or receive any cash back?

A: Products are not returnable or refundable after receipt signed. We strongly recommend you to check your products before signing the receipt. However, should these specific conditions occur, please address your complaint to our customer service: customer-care@chocolatemonggo.co.id


Q: How can I pay my order?

A: We receive payments only by bank transfer. We need you to upload your payment receipt in order to confirm and process your order. You will receive instructions after your purchase.


Q: I live in DKI Jakarta, what If I want to order in large volume for my special occasion?
