The adventure begins in Yogyakarta back in 2001 when a 35-year-old Belgian man arrived in Indonesia without a plan. Disappointed by the poor quality of local chocolates, he decided to take matters into his own hands and endeavored to make some specialties of his lowland country using the limited resources available to him.
