Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyses current and potential markets/trends, and coordinates all activities to maintain
    and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate
  2. Produces the annual Marketing Plan, marketing budgets, and forecast
  3. Creates, Implements and oversees communications and campaign programs that
    effectively describe and promote the organization and its products
  4. Manage and optimize all digital channels including the website, email marketing
    campaigns and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,etc
  5. Analyses and set the standards of copywriting for all marketing assets, including
    supervising the photographer and/or videographer
  6. Managing vendors related to marketing program/campaigns, promotion activity
    regarding events, including the procedures, administration, and communication
    between related parties
  7. Manage Subordinate Staff in the day-by-day performance of their jobs, ensure that
    projects/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

Requirements:

  1. Female or Male, Maximum 35 years old
  2. Hold a minimum educational background of Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree of
    Marketing Management / Communication / Public Relations
  3. At least 3 years of working experience as a Manager in the related field/area
  4. Strong leadership skills

Training & Development Staff

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with all departments related to individual development plan (IDP) talent that has been assigned.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the IDP that has been implemented during the talent cycle period.
  3. Cooperate in the implementation and preparation of employee development programs.
  4. Making, implementing, and evaluating training matrices according to the needs in the TNA analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Maximum age 30 years.
  2. Minimum education S1 Psychology or HR management.
  3. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position.
  4. Have an understanding of TNA, ToT, and Matrix Training.
  5. Minimum understanding of the Talent Management Cycle.
  6. Have analytical thinking and orientation to detail towards work.
  7. Have good communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage and communicate with incoming responses or messages from users on all social media channels.
  2. Manage social listening activities and capture learning/insights/analytics to support strategy and content optimization efforts.
  3. Creating and suggesting plans to turn negative sentiment into neutral or positive sentiment.
  4. Monitor local social media trends.
  5. Execute Social Advertising Buys (FB Ads, IG Ads, YT, Twitter, etc).
  6. Assist with customer services question, crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
  7. Deliver Daily/Weekly/monthly reports with statistics and results to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required with preferred major Mass Communication/Advertising, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of direct experience developing social media engagements/analytics for a company/brand or working experience at digital or advertising agencies.
  3. Experience in online/social media communications with strong copywriting skills.
  4. Tech enthusiast, self-starter, critical thinker, problem-solver, and passionate individual.
  5. Prior experiences in a smartphone, e-commerce, telecommunication & media, retail & marketing, sales & distribution, and technology are plus points.
  6. Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
  7. The ability and skill to produce and edit visual content using various software (mobile or pc) is a major plus.
  8. Know basics of social media/online ads.

Creative Design

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively participate to give creative ideas, and produce artistic and high-quality work loaded with
    traditional value.
  2. Being responsible for packaging design or other graphic materials, from conception to the real
    product.
  3. Having knowledge about printing technique and being able to coordinate/negotiate with the printing shop to ensure their quality meet/exceed the company’s standard.
  4. Able to conduct a product photo session.
  5. Actively participate and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:

  1. Actively participate and coordinate with other departments.
  2. Maximum 30 years old with minimum working experience in the same field for 2 (two) years.
  3. Preferably packaging design experience.
  4. Capable to operate Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw. Would be an advantage if able to operate 3D Max or AutoCAD.
  5. Capable to present creative ideas to a non-design background superior in English.
  6. Creative, innovative, and communicative. Hard-working, able to work with tight deadlines, efficient and effective.
  7. Honest, responsible, loyal, active, and able to negotiate.
  8. Capable to drive and have a driving license for a motorbike.
  9. Placement in Yogyakarta.

Store Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle and be responsible for the smooth operation of Kedai and Stores.
  2. Carry out marketing activities and product sales in shops and stores.
  3. Checking the stock of goods, service standards, and reporting administration of shops and stores according to applicable SOP's.
  4. Perform optimal customer service and ensure consumer needs are met properly.
  5. Monitor performance, Grooming, attendance, and employee services.
  6. Making administrative reports on employee absences, making work schedules, and evaluating employee contract extensions.
  7. Make proposals for adding and reducing the number of employees, sales programs, procurement of equipment, and operational support equipment.
  8. Handling consumer complaints.
  9. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance, equipment and work equipment and work area.
  10. Ensure products are in good condition.
  11. Ensuring the specified store and shop promo programs run well.

Requirements:

Finance & Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

  1. Melakukan pemilihan vendor, negosiasi harga, pengambilan sampel yang sesuai dengan standart kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan

  2. Melakukan administrasi dan laporan pembelian, Pembayaran,  penerimaan dan pengiriman barang

Asst. National Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the National Sales Director in making sales programs and their implementation in the field.
  2. Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company in accordance with the designated work area.

  5. Develop New Market.
  6. Have innovation and creativity in marketing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out strategic management of key account activities (negotiating trading terms & their implementation, planning and implementing sales objectives in the account for which they are responsible)
  2. Monitor sales, evaluate, and report regularly on all activities and implementation of programs that are carried out every month.
  3. Build a good relationship with customers.

Production Staff

Responsibilities:

  1. Running the Chocolate Monggo production process flow in accordance with the standards set by the company.
  2. Ensuring product quality is in accordance with the standards set by the company.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and work equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Female, maximum age 27 years.
  2. Minimum SMA/SMK majoring in culinary management, and food processing.
  3. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in food processing production.
  4. Have an understanding of Food Safety, Hygiene, and Sanitation.
  5. Meticulous, Detailed, Neat.
  6. Ready to work hard and quickly learn new things.
  7. Can work with targets.
  8. Willing to use uniform and headgear provided by the company.

Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring warehouse SOP's are carried out properly and accordingly.
  2. Carry out work on the process of loading and unloading goods in the Warehouse.
  3. Carry out the process of moving goods between locations in the warehouse.
  4. Help with the delivery process.
  5. Understand, organize, record, and control the process of in and out of goods.
  6. Do warehouse stock-taking and make stock reports.
  7. Check travel documents and supporting documents.
  8. Ensuring the quality of goods in the warehouse is in good condition.
  9. Prepare and arrange goods for shipment.

Requirements:

  1. Maximum age 30 years
  2. Minimum D3 majoring in Administration, accounting, the management or other related majors
  3. Preferably experienced in logistics/warehouse at least 1 year
  4. Discipline, honesty and responsible
  5. Mastering the excel program, preferably mastering the journal.id or accurate application system.
  6. Have a strong and healthy physique.
  7. Thorough, Diligent, and Neat.

Kitchen Staff (Cook)

Responsibilities:

  1. Help cook and read recipes.
  2. Operate kitchen equipment and machines properly and according to predetermined standard usage instructions.
  3. Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy.
  4. Process orders from customers according to the standards set by the company.
  5. Ensuring the raw materials used are appropriate and in accordance with food safety standards.
  6. Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and taste standards according to standards in each cooking process.
  7. Coordinating work with colleagues and superiors such as stock.
  8. Ensuring the condition of kitchen assets in a well-maintained and usable condition.
  9. Doing research to create new menus.
  10. Manage stock and kitchen inventory.

  2. Menguasai Food Safety, Hygiene dan Sanitasi
  3. Minimal SMK jurusan Tata Boga, pengalaman di pastry lebih diutamakan
